Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customized or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
